- Surveyed every 3 years
- All eight facilities accredited in one survey/4 days (AZ,FL, RO, Albert Lea, Eau Claire, La Crosse, Mankato, Northfield)
- Most recent survey was in May 2022 however it will not be considered complete until the new machine in Albert Lea has been fully reviewed. This is expected in late fall as ACR wants to review a few patient charts who have completed follow-up. Patient treatments on the new machine did not start until June.
